Getting Izaak Ready For His First Day At School 🏫

When Beata's son Izaak was due to start Secondary School, she reached out to FTCT for a school uniform grant. Here, Beata shares her experience of applying.

"My name is Beata, Mum to Izaak (11) and a part-time employee at Boden. I heard about FTCT through my work’s employee wellbeing programme and have applied for support before."

"Recently, I needed school clothes, shoes and a tablet for before Izaak  started secondary school. All of the uniform needed to have school logos and he needed a tablet for learning, which was very expensive to buy." 

We applied for the grant and we were successful. Now, Izaak has all the items he needed and could start at his new school ready to learn.

"Myself and my son are very grateful for the support. I am so happy we can now concentrate on Izaak’s journey in his new school."
