As the perfect end to our 2023 School Uniform appeal, ACS (Advanced Clothing Solutions) hosted their very own FTCT fundraising event. With a fun- fair theme, the ACS head office team took part in retro games including Guess the Name of the Teddy and Guess How Many Sweets in the Jar.

With donations on the day, the ACS team raised £235! This is the equivalent of one full set of secondary school uniform for a child, or two sets of new primary school uniforms, helping more children to be school ready on their first day.

Congratulations to the winners on the day and we are delighted to reveal the Teddy's name is Honey (on account of the beehives housed at the ACS head office).

Lewis Owen, ACS commented, "ACS are delighted to support FTCT in their School Uniform Campaign, and the communication and support from the team has been exceptional. Our team responded really well to the collaboration event with FTCT and the message resonated with our staff especially those who had a family of their own. Our continued support for FTCT's School Uniform Campaign exemplify our charity partnerships as FTCT align seamlessly with our corporate values. We can’t wait to see what good can come from events like this one."

We are so grateful for the ACS teams support and want to say a huge thank you to Lewis for all his efforts in making the day such a success. This is just the start of our new partnership, working together to both promote FTCT grants to ACS employees and raise vital funds to support more grants for children across the UK fashion and textile industry.
