Last night we were delighted to be chosen charity for the Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards. As a first time event for FTCT, we couldn't have hoped for a better crowd to support us. Thank you to all the guests who enthusiastically took part in our fundraising activties, helping to raise £3,000.

Guests included companies from across the UK and Ireland’s Fashion Retail Industry. As charity partner for the event, we hosted a champagne draw and charity raffle with luxury prizes generously donated by our sponsors Waitrose, The White Company, Office, and Marks and Spencer.

Thank you to our volunteers

Our incredible volunteers, Charlie, Mariana and La-Toyah (pictured above) gave their time to help guests donate on the night. It was non-stop for the whole event and we couldn't have done it without them.

Here at the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust we believe that every child should have the chance to thrive. The money raised at yesterday's event will immediately be put towards buying life changing items for children, from school uniform to bedding,  washing machines to therapy.

Thank you Drapers

We would also like to mention a huge thank you to Drapers editor Jill Geoghegan and her team for their ongoing support. It is a huge honor to be Drapers' charity partner again this year and to asked to fundraise at three of their prestigious award ceremonies.
