UKFT is the largest British fashion and textile network, has actively supported the FTCT since 2010. In 2023, UKFT strengthened its support by naming the FTCT as their chosen charity and by making a £1,000 donation.

Adam Mansell, UKFT CEO, said: “FTCT are a fantastic charity. They do amazing work with people in the fashion and textile sector. As life gets harder for some, we are proud to partner with FTCT to help the children of those who have been part of our industry.” 

Anna Pangbourne, CEO of the FTCT commented: “Without the support of UKFT we wouldn’t have the opportunity to reach out to so many different companies across the sector. Through UKFT, we can be brought to the door of the employers right across the industry. From weavers, dyers, tailors, cutters to pattern makers, we are here for the industry. So many families right across the sector are struggling financially and it is important for them to know that there is this unique charity that’s there solely to support them”.
