Volunteer at Drapers Independent Awards

The Drapers Independent Awards is the event of the year for independent clothing retailers! FTCT is again excited to be the chosen charity for this event on Wednesday 13 September 2017 at The Truman Brewery in London’s East End. This prestigious lunchtime awards ceremony will celebrate the UK and Ireland’s most innovative fashion independent retailers – and you are invited to COME AND JOIN US as a volunteer.

Join the team

Are you interested in fashion and textiles? Are you over 16 years old and you would like to enhance your CV? If you answered yes to all these questions, this is the event for you.

As a volunteer, you'll be expected to:

Mingle with guests to promote our charity
Encourage guests to buy raffle tickets
Work in-pairs to collect raffle tickets during dinner
Give prizes to winning guests

Drapers Magazine is the ‘go-to’ publication for anyone in the fashion industry, so this experience will look great on your CV and will be a fabulous introduction to the fashion and textile industry.

Volunteers need to be available on Wednesday 13 September 2017 – from 10am until 3pm.
